They do go through the hypnosis, but the progression is so cliché and lacks any real impact.

Hypnotizing a girl he picked up. But the hypnosis, which is the core of the plot, happens so abruptly that it feels completely fake. It would have been more convincing if he had built it up slowly. Also, the hypnosis is just stuff like 'your nipples are sensitive' or 'your sensitivity is increasing,' so it just looks like they're having regular sex. It doesn't rise above the level of a bad film.
