Whether it's drug-induced coma or outdoor scenes, I like works where the actress wakes up mid-way and ends up feeling it despite her resistance, so I bought this after watching the sample. As it turns out, there were five such scenes. There was one big-breasted actress who was asleep but faintly reacting, and two others who were in a coma throughout but had beautiful, large breasts, so I'm reasonably satisfied.
