These girls know a man is there, but their sexual knowledge is very limited. 'Hinacchi' is a bit different, though... if you overanalyze, you realize their settings are quite low, which is a bit of a stretch. But if you set them too low, things don't add up. My conclusion is that this is just a wet dream someone had because they love 'Hinacchi' so much. That's why the logic is shaky. The ending was ideal. It would have been better if they used the outdoor bath more effectively. The small girl with black hair was my favorite, but it's a shame there were no erotic scenes with the others.
