This is a classic 'hospital sexual relief' piece, a staple genre for SOD. Plus, it stars MINAMO. There's no way a production like this could miss. Some points of note: ・There's a lot of dialogue focused on 'sexual relief,' but the moans sound a bit too intense for that context, which personally felt a little off. ・The physical distance isn't bad, but it didn't feel as intimate or 'up-close' as I would have liked.

The camera distance for facial shots is perfect in every position! If you have a face-focused fetish, you will absolutely love this. Great work, MINAMO.

The 'Sex Outpatient Clinic' series, starring MINAMO, exploded in popularity in 2024. This work reconstructs that world in VR, and it is truly MINAMO's final VR project. The work consists of two parts. From Part 1 through the first half of Part 2, the series' core concept—'our bodies are medical instruments'—is pushed to the forefront, delivering a series of exploitative sequences that maximize the 'patient' setting. However, as you reach the second half of Part 2, the atmosphere shifts completely. The tension dissipates, and the film pivots into a sweet, intimate romance, as if it were a grand finale to MINAMO's VR career. This bold change in pacing is the highlight of the work. The exploitative elements are filled with the series' signature sense of immorality, such as scenes where crazed patients unleash their uncontrollable lust on MINAMO, or scenes where you are forced to watch other patients undergoing sexual therapy. Among these, the sexual therapy in the examination room during the latter half of Part 1 left the biggest impression on me. It’s a standout scene that captures both the exploitative tension and the surreal world-building unique to the series. What makes this atmosphere even more distinct are the three extras playing nurses. Their unwavering, serious expressions as they calmly assist with the procedures add a strange sense of realism and comedy to the bizarre situation, further highlighting the series' one-of-a-kind vibe. The best part is their dead-eyed, emotionless staring at MINAMO; the contrast between their blank expressions and the bizarre situation is so surreal it’s actually funny. One nurse on the far left, who slightly resembles Hairi Katagiri, is particularly eye-catching. Her occasional wry smile, as if she's thinking, 'What on earth am I doing here?', is brilliant! Finally, don't miss MINAMO's 'silent sneeze' around the 12:24 mark in Part 1. It's a fleeting moment, but her cuteness there is a must-see.

I buy the 'Sex Outpatient' VR titles on release day because the format fits the series so well. I've always been annoyed by the noisy orgies at the end of multi-performer entries, so I was grateful for a solo-starring work. Plus, since it's MINAMO's final VR, the production team clearly put in a lot of effort. Lines like 'Please use my vagina as you like,' 'I am a state-approved medical tool,' and 'Think of me as a masturbator and do as you please' were great and true to the series. However, while it was good, they focused so much on making MINAMO look beautiful that it felt a bit tame as a 'Sex Outpatient' entry. A few complaints: First, the therapy in Chapter 1 involves a condom... which makes the 'think of me as a masturbator' line fall flat. You don't put a condom on a masturbator. Chapter 2 is all raw, which is great, and the 'cleanup' fellatio was a nice touch! But the lack of lines urging ejaculation at the finish, or just using generic lines like 'go ahead and finish,' felt unsatisfying. The lack of the series' signature 'please ejaculate inside' lines was a major disappointment. Also, having the background nurse character present until the very end was distracting. Since it was a solo work, they should have at least kept her face out of the frame. Again, as MINAMO's final VR, it's beautifully shot, so I have no complaints there. Thank you for your hard work, and I look forward to your future! However, for the 'Sex Outpatient' series, I wish they would cast performers who specialize in more intense service, like Mei Miyajima, Rie Miyagi, Mio Ichijo, Sunao Kui, Konatsu Kashiwagi, Tsubomi Mochizuki, or even Jun Suehiro again, and remake it.

In a market where many works start the sex immediately or only feature a 'loving couple' setting for the first five minutes, this is quite a unique entry. I liked that they treated the sex strictly as therapy for sexual dysfunction and maintained that world-building until the end. MINAMO's performance is, as always, somewhat detached and calm, but it actually fit the world-building perfectly this time. She's already incredibly beautiful, but the contrast with the 'C-list' nurses around her made her look even more stunning, which was a turn-on. The use of medical terminology helps you fully immerse yourself as a patient. There are three instances of oral ejaculation and three of internal ejaculation, I believe? Of course, the scene where the semen drips out of the vagina is captured perfectly. If you don't skip ahead and really immerse yourself, the long cowgirl and missionary positions at the end are great—if you hold off on finishing until the end, it feels amazing. However, there is a male performer, so if you really hate that, you can just skip that part—it's only about 10 minutes. The kissing angles were good. The face-to-face sitting position felt a bit too close, though. I was worried she was retiring at the end, but I'll keep supporting her. It's the best.
