The female-on-top + testicle teasing setup is great, but when they're having sex in that position, the delicate hand movements and the actor's pleasure don't really come across. I think it would be much more exciting if a female actress were in a rear-riding position, inserted, and alternated between sex (hip thrusts) and testicle teasing (or delicate feathering of the groin and underside of the scrotum) repeatedly, keeping him on the verge of orgasm and driving him crazy. That would be way more intense.
