In the first rape scene, she delivers a performance of refusal so realistic that it's hard to believe she was a newcomer. Because the perpetrator is family, she can't just push him away, so she remains confused, terrified, and disgusted, all while desperately rejecting deep kissing and oral sex. Her lines aren't monotonous, and she even has tears in her eyes. This realistic resistance—how one would truly react when forced by a relative—is a legendary performance that deserves a place in AV history. Eventually, she is overpowered and violated, and as her sensitive spots are relentlessly stimulated, her tears dry up and she finds herself moaning against her will. Since it's the first rape, there's no 'climax' element, but the scene is appropriately directed, including its relatively short length. However, the second rape scene is a mess. She rejects her brother-in-law when he comes to her house the first time, but lets him in the second time. By that point, she should have been prepared for what was coming, yet when he forces himself on her, she says, 'I knew it, this is wrong,' making the shift in her mindset from the first scene feel too abrupt. There's a scene right before where she recalls him saying, 'I'm lonely,' which makes me think pity might be the reason for her fall, but it's impossible to give yourself away so quickly just out of pity. Furthermore, despite initially resisting, she easily accepts the deep kissing and oral sex she had previously blocked, and seems to enjoy it—this fake innocence feels off. (If she had just admitted to falling quickly, the act could have been framed as the seductive charm of a lustful woman.) Personally, I would have preferred a premise where she was addicted to the pleasure. If she had at least recalled the sight of herself enjoying being violated, it would have made sense—given the lackluster sex life with her husband—that she realized her own sexual desires. But since the flashback scene is different, I can't help but think the director didn't put much thought into it. Still, seeing Mirai-jo fall so quickly and feel so sensually and pitifully is endearing, and the way she drowns in her affair with her brother-in-law, depicted in slow-motion montages of 'days of infidelity,' is erotic and beautiful. In the final scene where she is fully corrupted, the shyness she shows during their tryst in the marital bed feels fresh and triggers a new kind of excitement, and her descent into lewd madness during the act is irresistibly seductive. Despite the sloppy direction of the sudden fall in the second rape scene, the chemistry is good, and overall, it's a 5-star rating.
