ADN-167 - You, forgive me... Wet securities lady Hanara Misato

As a NTR fan, this is *exactly* what I wanted! The story, the actors, everything is perfect. The steamy scenes are incredible – a must-have.

Satomi Minami is genuinely amazing. That's the only reason for this rating. The first… incident in this series is plausible. But the second time, willingly walking into that situation? Since the first was a crime, it should have been handled with extreme care, and the second shouldn't have happened at all. And then, predictably, she falls for the guy. That just doesn't ring true. It's unbelievable. And frankly, I doubt there's an actor who could pull off that level of desperation. It feels mismatched. It's just too unrealistic, which perfectly matches the title.

Mino린 and Sawakawa Ginji's pairing is my absolute favorite. I really want to see more of them together.

A young couple finally starts trying for a baby, having achieved their dream of owning a home and with the husband on the verge of a promotion. But their relationship strains under the weight of his work, and a 'demon' creeps in. I think that 'demon' isn't an outside force like a cheating husband, but the wife succumbing to pleasure. That's why the 'You, Forgive Me' dynamic works. It feels like a work that cruelly answers the question of who destroyed their happy family with 'the wife herself'. The pregnancy ending is divisive, but rewatching from the beginning knowing the ending reveals a more nuanced appreciation for the subtle direction and psychological build-up. Satomi Minami's expression when she's on the verge of tears – the way her eyebrows form a 'ハ' shape – is incredibly striking and, I think, a huge part of her appeal. Her portrayal of being cornered and her acting when her emotions reach their breaking point are incredibly convincing and crucial for serious dramas like this. She's no longer exclusive to a specific studio, but I'm really hoping to see her in more tense, dramatic roles in the future.

The acting is seriously impressive. She conveys that feeling of resisting while still subtly giving in, and it's really well done. Top tier performance.
