Okay, the cheating plot is a bit far-fetched (let's be real, a doctor can't just change treatment plans on a whim, and even if there *was* a miracle drug, they couldn't exactly say 'we paid for it with the wife's body' in a budget meeting... that's a firing offense). But honestly, watching Sakura-chan and Sawaki's chemistry makes you forget all about it. The scene where she tries to push him away, saying 'No, I'm sorry,' and he just forces himself on her was really well done, and the passionate kissing while she's completely lost to him is incredibly stimulating. I'd seen Sakura-chan in a cheating scene in a JET video before, but I didn't realize she was such a talented actress. She's filmed so attractively in this work, it's definitely top tier.
