The new teacher, Moeka, couldn't properly reprimand the students who weren't taking class seriously. Frustrated by the situation, the honor student Sato tried to correct them, but instead became the target of their bullying. Moeka happened to see Sato being bullied during break time and, feeling guilty, looked away. The next day, Moeka was pointed out by Sato about the incidentโฆ

The packaging and BGM don't match the content at all. It's just a disturbing pervert taking advantage of a woman. Nothing to see here.
So, there's a bullied student, and another student defends them and ends upโฆ with the teacher. Honestly, it would've been way better if they'd thrown the bullied student into a 3-way.
If it's supposed to be about a bullied student, they really needed to show more of the bullying. Like, if the appeal is getting off on seeing a pretty new teacher get taken advantage of *by* that bullied student... the director and writer should already know that, right? (lol) Giving it 3 stars solely because of Misato Hena.
It's the third installment, so it's hard to avoid feeling a bit repetitive. The first one with Suzuka was just so good, so with the same setting and story, it's inevitable that you get tired of it. Hena's fresh acting is the only saving grace. I doubt there'll be a fourth, but I'm still kinda curious.
