This film has a really unique narrative structure. Most 'netare' (cuckold) stories focus on a pure-hearted woman slowly being corrupted and succumbing to lust. But this one is different. The housewife, played by Miyamura Tsubaki, is already fallen, even while maintaining a semblance of reason. Her interactions with her husband are all lies, even the smallest displays of affection, while her time with the other man is driven by pure instinct. They deliberately skip the 'fall' itself, so the scenes across acts 1-4 are intensely explicit from the start, and it's incredibly satisfying to watch. But the appeal isn't just that. Miyamura Tsubaki's acting, especially her expressions, makes you wonder what hardships and unpleasant experiences this housewife must have gone through. The film offers no answers, and watching the explicit scenes with those imagined struggles in mind makes her feel so, so pitiable, and the arousal is insane. I've never experienced arousal like this before. And then the final scene… it's probably the situation everyone wants to see in a typical 'netare' film, but watching it with that feeling of pity elevates the eroticism to another level. It's a truly psychological SM experience, the impact is immense. You absolutely have to watch this. Beyond Miyamura Tsubaki's proportions and acting, you'll experience a new kind of excitement. Also, the husband actor's patheticness is pretty strong. And Oshimas's 'Oi oi' lines and ad-libs are as brilliant as ever.

This feels like an arrangement of the director's previous work, "'Let's stay together forever, even without seeds,' she said, but then she wanted to break up because she was pregnant. Hirishima Airi." But, as it's a Kimura Hiroki film, who seems to like casting Miyamura Tsubaki as weak-willed women, it feels a bit bland. I honestly prefer his works with more mysterious characters. This film is characterized by the husband spying on her and the camera work from his perspective, but other than that, it's weak in being ambiguous even as a pregnancy-themed film, and Oshimas's constant licking of his own semen is just creepy. Personally, it feels like a drama that's just going through the motions without hitting the core. Since Hirishima Airi's work felt good, it's a shame that the direction for the actress seems to have been glossed over with the acting of the husband's extra.
