It’s a shame the A-hole isn't visible due to the mosaic! The actress is a beautiful mature woman for an SM production, and the approach is persistent, which is good. The enema uses about 500cc to a liter. They didn't clear the bowels beforehand, so a huge amount of dirty poop comes out. Even when it seems to stop, it starts up again after a little while. The classic scene where she cries out, 'Ugh...', after being told, 'It smells, ma'am...' is also excellent. The beads of sweat look great on her white skin. Personally, I also liked that she was tied up in a 'banzai' (hands raised) position rather than with her hands behind her back. Director Morita is talented. The male narration explaining the situation as it unfolds is a bit of a turn-off. The model is a beautiful mature woman, but her butt is covered in bumps, which is another turn-off. The act itself is quite hard, just like the cover suggests, and the enema/excretion play is spot on. What makes it underwhelming is perhaps the lack of shameful expressions or vocalizations, or maybe it’s just the short length caused by the focus purely on the act. It’s not that bad, but being shown only the play scenes gets a bit old~!

Still, it was quite watchable and didn't get boring. The sexiness of the married woman and her reactions were good; the fact that she looks a bit tired is subtly appealing.
