I'm not sure if he's the actor or the director, but the guy doing the tormenting is just terrible. His acting is amateurish, his lines are mumbled and hard to hear, and the dialogue is as bizarre as ever. He clearly thinks he's being cool, but he just talks incessantly in this pretentious tone. It feels like a self-indulgent home video made by someone out of their depth, and for some reason, it’s just embarrassing to watch. As for the actress, her looks are decent. Her face reminds me of Yuma Asami, and she has a nice pair of breasts. However, her butt is a major turn-off—it looks misshapen, almost like the flesh is gouged out. With a flaw that significant, I doubt she'll have much of a career ahead of her. I'm also genuinely appalled by the production team's incompetence for failing to shoot around such an obvious defect. That said, the actual tormenting scenes are quite substantial. The actress is cute, so that's why I'm giving it this rating.

The opening scene where she's wearing the first outfit with her hands bound is essential for me; it's a huge turn-on. However, the subsequent throat-choking and cigarette torture scenes were unnecessary. The scenes with the neck shackle in the supine position and the iron pipe restraint with her legs spread wide were definitely 'Very Good.' There was a sex scene at the end this time, and she was leaking—not really squirting, but just letting it flow—whether it was juices or urine, I couldn't tell. It was great.
