ADV-SR0101 - Perversion Encyclopedia: Ultimate Maniac Edition 5

Everything in this compilation was from 6-7 years ago. I rented it without thinking much, but the heavy mosaic was frustrating. Works like 'SM Extreme Window,' 'Torture Series,' and 'Big-Breasted Sex Slave in a Cage' are nearly 70% identical, with only the actress changed (the methods of torment, the tools used, etc. are the same). It makes me wonder: is restraining a woman and 'making her climax' really torture (hell)? I suppose making her wonder 'how long will this go on?' might be considered torture, but still...
