The first part was included as a digest. The director and a vagrant are the ones doing the acts. The director's dialogue was quite vulgar, talking about smegma and other gross things. The enema scene was also dirty; it was just an unpleasant work overall. I don't need to see the first part anymore.

Just like the previous installment, they completely failed to make the most of Sanae Momoi. Extremely disappointing.
