AEDVD-1366R - Street casting turned into an AV set nightmare!

I'm not sure if she was scouted on the street or what, but it starts with what looks like an interview for a newcomer (amateur-style), followed by vibrator play and then 'creampie' (is it even real?). After that, she watches a veteran actress (presumably) get intimate. She gets excited and joins in for a 4P. Ends with a stomach shot. Isn't the order of events all wrong here? It's weird. The mosaic is thin and it's definitely functional, though.
