I rented this because Sayaka Morishita is in it. I had a feeling, but it's just a compilation of old footage—specifically, an edit of seven episodes from the 'Married Woman Hot Spring' series. Everyone seems used to anal play, and they perform these affair-themed scenes without any forced aggression. Personally, Sayaka Morishita was the most perverted and exciting to watch. However, it's disappointing that they don't focus on anal as much as the title suggests, often finishing with vaginal sex.
