It seems this is Akai Miki's retirement piece. I absolutely adore her. The artwork on the packaging is stunning, and her eyes look a little sad, which is heartbreaking. I think it's the best work from Takara Eizo! Her profile as she's getting the explanation from the doctor at the beginning is so natural and cute. The explicit scenes don't come right away, but the cowgirl position in the living room with the man who donated the sperm, showcasing her national treasure-level ass, is classic and gets me going every time. The handjobs on the dining table and sofa were a side of Miki I hadn't seen before, and it was a nice change. I think this is the first time seeing her pregnant, so any Miki-ra fans *need* to watch this. As someone who's reviewed all her work, it's sad to think this is the last one. Takara Eizo really lost a gem of an actress. I'm hoping for a best-of release! Akai Miki will live on forever‼︎
