The first performer is the familiar loli actress Ten Murakami. On top of that, she's hairless, which is just perfection. Her acting is calm, earnest, and has a very innocent, pure vibe, which is great. Her sensitivity and vocal reactions are excellent, making it very enjoyable to watch. They cut out the boring 'dead fish' realism or the fake pain, focusing instead on a performance that highlights all the best parts. The second performer feels a bit unnatural, but she's not a total write-off. Overall, the black borders from the fixed camera are way too thick, obscuring too much of the action and becoming an eyesore. It adds nothing but unnecessary, unpleasant realism; I wish they'd get rid of it, or at least make it much thinner if they insist on using it. It should be subtle enough that you barely notice it's there. The camera angles aren't bad, but the positions during the main act are too static and dull. At the very least, she needs to spread her legs more for it to be enjoyable. Since they're already going all the way, I want to see her being taken in a wider variety of positions. The actual main act is way too short.

If you're 'filming under the guise of a medical exam,' why bother with the hidden camera gimmick? Just film it openly. The title makes you want to point out the obvious: it should be called 'Hidden camera footage of rape and indecent assault under the guise of a medical exam.' The oval-shaped effect visible in the sample images is incredibly distracting. They switch shots constantly, yet keep the same effect overlay—it’s clearly just slapped on top of perfectly fine footage. Then, out of nowhere, they throw in some handheld camera shots, but since there’s no 'medical record' justification, it just destroys what little realism was left. If they had just stuck to either 'doing terrible things to a girl and filming it secretly' or 'tricking her into thinking it was necessary,' it might have been watchable. Especially the first actress—her physique and acting were quite convincing as a young girl, so it could have been decent if it had been produced properly.
