A twisted nurse, driven by jealousy of others' happiness, spots an opportunity when a devoted wife falls asleep by her husband's bedside. She begins to aggressively seduce the husband. Despite his initial resistance, the husband eventually succumbs to the young nurse's advances, engaging in a forbidden affair while trying to stay silent to avoid waking his wife.

There are many great actresses, but Honjo-san is the one I recommend the most.
The person above says Kitagawa Erika's acting is outstanding, but it's really not. Is she even trying to hold back her voice? I don't think so. She's being loud enough for the neighbors to hear. If we're talking about acting that fits the title of this work, the first girl did a much more accurate job. Stop writing reviews based solely on your fanboying or personal preference for Kitagawa Erika.
While the cast, including Koi Azumi and Hitomi Honjo, is quite solid, Erika Kitagawa's acting performance is on another level. She perfectly captures the essence of this work: the nurse persona, the hidden malice of a twisted personality, and above all, the high-level restraint required to keep quiet while having sex in a hospital, right next to a sleeping patient's wife. It's absurd how the first and fourth performers just let out their voices normally, and the others feel a bit amateurish compared to Kitagawa. It really feels like a work where she showcased the gap in acting ability. I personally loved the transition from the nurse uniform to being completely naked. It's much better than those lazy productions where they just wrap the crumpled costume around their stomach to signal 'I'm doing erotic acting'.
