APAK-021 - The naive 19-year-old Natsumi, her instincts unleashed in the secret room

I like videos that feel like personal recordings. You get to see the real 'Natsumi Kato' rather than her playing a role. The first 20 minutes are an interview; since it's a long video, if you aren't interested in Natsumi, you can skip it without missing any story. As a fan, I found her stories about how she entered the industry, her fashion/hair/makeup, her name, hobbies, and even her experience with groping on a train very interesting. It's a long video, and there's a pillow-talk segment in the middle that I felt was unnecessary, so I docked one star. In the second half, the lighting is dim, which might be divisive, but I actually liked the realism. I watched via streaming, but the download price is reasonable, so I'll be buying it later. It's a 2010 release, so it's in 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars on the sides. It doesn't bother me, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who can't stand anything other than 16:9. The mosaic is on the finer side—or rather, standard for today—and I think the editing is quite impressive for a work of that era.

This is a Natsumi Kato production, and she's really matured. It might feel a bit lacking for those looking for intense action, but as a way to get to know her, I think it's a well-crafted piece. She's very shy, but you can see her growing little by little. I hope she keeps up the good work.
