ARM-025 - Edging Challenge IV: Bikini Brief Tease

As the title suggests, the main focus is 'teasing,' but honestly, isn't it a bit too much? Both actresses are beautiful, so I had high expectations, but it was just endless handjobs and a very unsatisfying conclusion (though I suppose that's the theme). Also, the actresses only appeared one at a time, so there was no scene where 'two women tease one man,' which was a missed opportunity. I wish the content had more ups and downs. It's just too flat.
