I didn't think the actor was particularly gross. It's the unhygienic vibe that puts me off; if someone shows up with messy hair or unshaven stubble, I just think, 'Clean yourself up before coming here.' All four segments were substantial with well-developed storylines, so I didn't get any negative impressions while watching.

The two actresses have very realistic, average faces, which adds to the immersion. Nishikawa is great at verbal teasing and is quite erotic. As others have pointed out, the male actor is mediocre. The first one is decent but finishes way too fast, and without any warning. I'd skip the second and third. The fourth was a bit better, but the ending turned into a generic sex video, which was disappointing. They should've focused on making him finish with a handjob and showing that. The saving grace is the ejaculation quality; everyone had impressive volume, consistency, and distance.

I'm not a fan of overly pretty-boy actors, but actors who are just plain gross are unbearable to watch.
