It's the garter belt version of the thigh-job series. The premise is good, but overall, none of the girls have particularly nice butts, and the actresses aren't exactly top-tier (though that might just be my preference). If it were pantyhose, I wouldn't mind a less-than-perfect butt, but... I know the thighs are the focus, but if the butt isn't nice, the excitement is cut in half.
