The premise is very appealing, but just watching someone else do it is completely boring. It doesn't create any illusion of being under the skirt yourself, so it's just dull to watch. At the very least, they should have put the camera inside the skirt so I could experience the fantasy...

I bought this out of a desire to see someone crawl under a skirt, but honestly, the content was a letdown. For most of the runtime, the actor is just buried under the skirt, sniffing, licking, and fumbling around with a vibrator, with no actual footage of what's happening inside. Are we supposed to just imagine what's going on under there? Naturally, there's no penetration, and only one instance of oral sex. It's hard to find a satisfying climax. I'd say this is strictly for a niche audience. If I had to point out a plus, the girl in the blazer uniform is somewhat cute.
