Karina has been battling illness since she was five. She believed her 'benefactor,' Kashimura, was a saint for paying her medical bills all these years. But his motives were far darker than she ever imagined. Now trapped in his private ward, she discovers that his 'charity' was just a way to possess her completely.

She looks a bit loli-ish on the cover, but she's actually muscular with a fantastic figure. She's a decent actress, so it's a mystery why she isn't more popular. It's a pretty brutal drama about a girl raised in isolation in a hospital room, knowing nothing about suspicion or sexuality, who is trained as a sex slave by wealthy people and hospital staff. The innocence of the girl, who doesn't even understand what's happening to her while being intensely violated, really emphasizes the immorality of it all. It's a hopeless story where even the doctors and nurses she trusted were all in on watching her mature into a slave, but a savior appears at the end for a happy ending. This part might be hit or miss for some.
