ATID-283 - The Ruler of the Hospital Ward: Devouring Beautiful Nurses One by One

I bought this for Sakagawa Noa, but in terms of overall quality, it's a bit underwhelming.

I think the dramatic premise of trapping people in a chain reaction was good. However, the main heroine, Noa Sakaegawa, remained passive until the end, so there was no dynamic tension. Since there was no dramatic shift where she completely falls and starts begging for it herself, I can't shake the feeling that it ended without a climax. It's unrealistic for one male actor to handle so many people, so a pattern where he colludes with a fellow patient to set the traps would also be good. The basic premise is solid, so please improve it and make a sequel.

*I borrowed it for Noa Eikawa. In that respect, I was able to achieve my goal, but the other two people were too ugly. There was no hard color and it was completely disappointing.
