It happened right after Dr. Kanda, my boyfriend, proposed to me. Mr. Takeda was admitted to the hospital where I work. Coincidentally, he was my boyfriend when I was still in nursing school. Around the time I graduated from nursing school, he was transferred abroad and our relationship ended naturally... I never thought our reunion after 10 years would be like this...

She's an incredibly talented actress, but lately, a lot of her stuff has been getting around a 3.5/5 rating. The content just isn't living up to her potential.
This is just the standard hospital nurse AV fare – nothing new. The angle was bad in the first scene, and yelling with a patient right next door in the second? Seriously unprofessional.
This is Ayaharu's work, and I hesitated to watch it because of all the negative reviews. Forget the actor, the script and direction are just sloppy. It feels like they're phoning it in while using Ayaharu, and there's no passion in the production. It's just sad. The silent rape scene… they're going for the thrill of suppressing your voice and enduring the act, but it's just not believable. A former boyfriend barges into the changing room, forces himself on her in a cramped space, and goes all the way – including penetration. Then there's a scene in a hospital room with only a curtain divider, where he rapes her while she's working as a nurse, even getting into cowgirl position. 'The old man in the next bed won't notice...' Yeah, right. As soon as a colleague starts rounds during her night shift, he jumps on her and it escalates to sex again. Even if it's a former lover, it's unacceptable to take advantage of someone while they're on the job. He's just a scumbag, frankly. Ayaharu could have resisted. If she doesn't show a firm refusal, she just looks like a pathetic woman who succumbs to desire. And her current boyfriend, the hospital director's son, looks like a pervert and has zero intelligence. He only cares about appearances and Ayaharu's body. Honestly, this just reinforces the impression that Ayaharu is an actress cursed with bad luck in both men and projects. I'm giving it 3 stars solely based on Ayaharu's effort.
That white coat on Natsume is *chef's kiss*. Especially that scene in the dark treatment room – seriously hot. Her hip movements during doggy style, the way she shakes her hips facing the camera… and that back shot with the coat still on? Perfection. I'm all in.
*As mentioned in other people's reviews, there is no highlight, and the actress does not shine. It's a shame because she's my favorite actress. I look forward to your next work.
