It feels like they should have noticed sooner, but... I guess it's best not to nitpick those kinds of things.

It's just way too unrealistic. Even with makeup or poor eyesight, there's no way she wouldn't notice until the very end. If she's that oblivious, she might as well have stayed oblivious the whole time.

It just lacks any sense of reality. It's impossible not to notice until the very end of the act.

I've become completely obsessed with Miki Shinjo and have been checking out various works of hers, but this one is by far the best. So, rather than rating the work itself, I'm giving 4 stars for Miki Shinjo in this film.
