This is a work from about 8 years ago featuring Yumi Kazama, but it was my first time watching it. Since Yumi-sama does many lesbian works, I think this setting of a hospital with a female doctor and a patient works well. I love the sounds Yumi-sama makes when her nipples are teased with a stethoscope in the early scenes. Her co-star, Kiriko Kondo, is just as glamorous and tall. I bought this because I heard it was a lesbian film featuring Kiriko Imafuji and Yumi Kazama. The play was a bit too soft, which left me unsatisfied. Since they went through the trouble of casting two actresses with such great bodies, they should have shown more intense, intimate scenes. Perhaps the director is to blame for the lackluster execution. It was a disappointment.

The chemistry between her and patient Yumi Kazama—both of whom are busty and glamorous—is well worth watching. It fits the title '7th Lesbian Ward' perfectly. The video quality is great, and since it's from U&K, a studio specializing in lesbian content, it's filmed with care. A solid watch if you want to take your time.
