The nude hotel scene between Yamamoto and Uchida in the final act was a textbook example of an intense lesbian encounter. Both are quite beautiful. I don't feel anything for Director Sylvia's works where they wear strange lingerie, but being completely nude is much more erotic. Director Sylvia, please make more works featuring nude encounters. Some people comment that they aren't genuinely acting like lesbians, but rather than the entanglement of genderless actors, seeing erotic and alluring actresses who are conscious of a male audience is a form of art. I hope they continue to make works in this style.

A very tasteless production. The sound effects (moaning, screaming) are annoying, the visuals are messy, and the sex scenes are vulgar. It didn't do anything for me. I watched it because I'm a fan of Minako Uchida, but none of her charm came through at all.

About a 1.5 rating. It was way too over-the-top and not my cup of tea. The screeching was annoying and it was just too trashy... Maybe there's a market for people who like 'perverted' women, but honestly, it wasn't good at all.

Don't let the cover art put you off; this is a must-watch. It's a lesbian film, but instead of relying on vibrators or props, it captivates you with persistent kissing and relentless breast play. I personally loved that Miwako Yamamoto can play both the top and bottom roles. Mizushima-san also gives a great performance. Just watching those intense, lingering kisses makes me feel like I'm being transported to another world.

It's a wild, unhinged film typical of director Sylvia. It's set in a mental hospital, and the perverted acts repeat as the characters drift between worlds where you can't tell dream from reality. The bizarrely long tongue-kissing scenes and the messy spitting might turn some people off. Even as a fan, I get fed up sometimes, but I still end up watching his lesbian films. I felt like Ai Mizushima really shined in this one.
