Enami Ryu's monotonous acting is a matter of taste, but this is a film for those who enjoy the situation of being fucked while drenched in enema fluid. In the latter half, there's a scene where they take turns pouring milk enemas, and she gets hit in the face with murky, yellowish, fecal-matter-filled fluid. She keeps her eyes closed, but her mouth gets filled with the residue. She even swallows some, making it quite a hardcore scatological play. Despite that, there's a strange artistic quality to it, and it doesn't feel 'dirty' at all. It's not off-putting, so it's worth a watch.

It was quite amazing to see all nine women squirting enemas on and around the main actress all at once while shouting. If possible, I would have liked to have gotten a closer look at the faces of the women who played the roles of delivering the enema.

It had such an impact that I bought it out of curiosity. It was a bit confusing at times, but I think 'chaotic' is the perfect word to describe this work.
