The kiss scenes don't involve tongue. I question if the kiss scene in the second episode was even necessary. The third episode was the best drama-wise, with more cast members, a longer runtime, and a solid plot. As for adult elements, there is a sex scene where Katagiri's breasts are visible, but it's only there for the sake of the drama; if I were rating this as an AV, it'd be one star. It's marketed as an adult work, but it's no different from an omnibus drama you'd see on TV.
