They had a great premise—nurse × affair—but they didn't really make the most of it. I wish they had put more effort into refining the dialogue.

I bought this for Aya Sasanami, but the chemistry between Kurumi Kawane and Yuri Asada was excellent.

I'm not really into nurse cosplay; I bought this for the panty-penetration. I don't think the nurse setting was even necessary. It's just a good work for getting off to panty-penetration. The first girl, Aya Sazanami, didn't show her navy thong well and it was a back-finish, so I couldn't enjoy the panties enough. The second girl had no panty-penetration. The third girl's light pink thong panty-penetration is great. The fourth, Ms. Sakuragi, is hot enough on her own. There's panty-penetration with a white floral thong, but she takes it off toward the end, turning it into a standard clothed scene. Still, you can really feel her beauty and sex appeal.

I didn't realize it would feel this awkward. Of course, this is my perspective as a medical professional, so I don't know how the general public feels, but the jargon felt so out of place that I couldn't get into the content. It's a real shame because they cast such a cute actress.
