It’s no wonder people say 'despite the actress's efforts, there’s nothing compelling here.' With such great erotic underwater knee-highs and a stunning, sheer white swimsuit diving scene, they failed to utilize the potential of the setting at all. That’s not even on the level of a fetish. It’s all about the little details, the 'hook.' Because that was completely missing, it just sank into a soggy, boring mess.
