The highlight is the shaving scene. It is carefully photographed. The adult Saryu Usui is definitely a beauty. I wish I had been blessed with a teacher like this.

In rape-themed works, a 'weakness' plays a crucial role. You need a reason why the victim is forced to endure what is clearly an illegal act. Works that fail to explain this generally fail to arouse. Because the motivation is unclear, you're left with questions throughout the film. Typical rape scenarios follow a process: 'First rape → Embarrassing photo → Blackmail → Second/Third rape.' In the age of smartphones, photos are the perfect 'weakness.' However, this work lacks any depiction of such leverage. It just goes: 'First rape → Second rape → Third rape.' Logically, wouldn't the victim go to the police after the first time? I couldn't focus on anything else because of that. Without a definitive 'weakness,' everything feels unnatural. This applies to other works too; a 'weakness' is the most important factor for a smooth narrative. Why skip a simple shot of taking a photo? It would have significantly improved the quality. What's frustrating is that there were perfect opportunities to include it. I won't spoil it, but there's a scene where a student asks a teacher, 'Will you do whatever I say?'—I was literally screaming, 'Now! Take out your phone!' The 'Rape → Weakness → Rape' sandwich is a grammar of AV. Without that 'weakness,' it feels like a sentence missing its particles—unnatural. To move an audience with broken grammar requires high skill, and unfortunately, the actress and director aren't there yet. Of course, that's standard, but they should have stuck to the basics to make something convincing. The fact that writing this review is the most satisfying part of my day shows I still have a long way to go.
