With all that, I really wish they had added a few more twists. It's truly disappointing... Another letdown is that despite the premise being about days of lust with a neighbor, every single encounter ends with just fellatio and oral ejaculation, which is way too unrealistic. The ending just fades out vaguely, too... As viewers, we don't care about the overly serious protagonist getting swept up in his desires. We just want to see the lead, Kokone Nakamura, writhing and moaning in ecstasy. I've written a negative review, but Kokone Nakamura herself was great. Personally, I was able to finish to it, but I can't bring myself to recommend this. The 'pile-driver cowgirl' mentioned in the title is basically false advertising, too.
