At the end of the day, it's just a self-indulgent, subjective, and delusional NTR story for an unpopular virgin. It would have been much more entertaining for the viewers if the people around them were getting a kick out of it and treating it like a 'punishment game' while the protagonist goes wild.

To be honest, this isn't really NTR. The subtitle actually fits the content better. She seems to play the 'bitch' role quite often lately (or maybe always has?), and she pulls it off perfectly here. The scenes where she ends up having sex with a guy she hated until the very end were great. If I had to nitpick, I would've loved to see her fall even harder for a guy like that.
