It's not exactly as described on DMM, but it generally follows that premise. However, it lacks the realism of a hidden-camera style video. It's too dark to be a doctor's office, the woman doesn't undress herself for the exam but is stripped by a male assistant, toys appear without any explanation, and there's even forced oral sex. That said, it's not a total failure. The actress looks great in the middle-school style uniform, and by ignoring realism, they've managed to dial up the eroticism. A word of warning: it's hard to tell from the samples, but the second half is quite heavy on scatological elements. Also, anal sex only happens in the final pajama scene. It's not quite enough to satisfy hardcore scat fans, so I'm not sure who the target audience is. The poor audio quality was also a letdown.
