It's definitely '1-meter breasts,' but they are the saggy, 'chubby type' of breasts. Since she isn't 'obese' herself, that 'heavy, saggy' look of her chest stands out even more. Combined with her 'heavy makeup,' it makes her look much older than she actually is. It's also a shame that she's basically just passive and moaning the whole time.
