Only the beginning matches the concept, with her in a strange outfit performing oral sex with teary eyes. However, perhaps due to an early morning shoot, her dark circles are visible, and the poor lighting makes her makeup look caked on. If they wanted to maintain the image, they shouldn't have used close-ups. Then, the tone shifts completely: she's tied up in a school uniform, fondled, then put in bloomers and slapped while crying during a brief sex scene. After that, there's another short scene with 30 clothespins attached (at this point, it's just soft SM completely unrelated to the original premise). The final act is just forcing her face into a bathtub to blow bubbles and making her change costumes. This had nothing to do with the age setting and wasn't erotic at all. For some reason, it ends with her covered in gold paint. The camerawork isn't bad, but there's almost no audio (Kaho-chan doesn't say a single word). It certainly succeeded in conveying that the creators had no idea what they were doing.
