I wanted to see her get falsely accused and slowly spiral into depravity, but there isn't even a scene of her being put into a straitjacket. She's just suddenly in a cell wearing one. I have no idea what they were trying to show here. It's priced quite high, so I feel like I wasted my money.
I skipped the bondage scene in the middle since I wasn't interested, but the finale—where the innocent-looking nurse with glasses goes after the male patient, forcing him to let her suck him off and then taking him inside her—is great. You can enjoy it just for this part alone.
