C-1317 - Uniform Hunt: The Desperate Run

If this was meant to be an effect to create a sense of realism, it's a total failure—the footage is just hard to watch. Even if it's from the perpetrator's POV, the camera shakes way too much. I could forgive the chatter if it were just the planning phase before the act, but they keep talking loudly throughout the scene, which is just grating. It completely ruins what could have been an intense performance.
