I've been rewatching this series from the beginning, so it took me a while to realize. The director usually plays the villain who bullies women in other studios' works, and as someone who loves women, I find him so detestable I want to punch him. But this same director—even if it's just work—what is this? It's so heartbreaking and sad; isn't this wife just too pitiful? It's fine to step into this married woman's life and heal her, but please, never cross the Rubicon. The charm of this series lies in not crossing that line... Once you cross it, I feel like it just becomes another boring, run-of-the-mill affair story.
