CAGH-003 - Sadistic M-male training [Female doctor & Female president edition]

The first half (female boss segment) is decent, but the second half (female doctor segment) is unwatchable; the image is stretched vertically, like watching an old Hong Kong movie on an old CRT TV. I bought this specifically for the second half, and since the content itself is otherwise flawless, it's extremely disappointing.
