In these two works, the male partners—aside from the husband—are a cooking class student who looks much older (a classic 'non-popular' type) and a stepfather (a popular genre in AV, though unlikely in reality). The heroine appears as their savior (though she is violated by the stepfather). Is it my bias, or is there a 'cunning' calculation in choosing these male actors to appeal to the AV demographic? Regardless, that seems trivial compared to Asami-san's natural assets and acting. Her 'muscat body' shines when she's riding or facing her partner, thrusting her hips to indulge in pleasure. A unique feature here is that her sex life with her husband seems fulfilling. Many AV 'married woman' plots rely on sexless marriages or dissatisfaction to justify cheating, but I also love the idea of a woman who is sexually satisfied with her husband being able to accept and savor the pleasure from an affair or rape because she knows exactly how to process it. In these two films, she justifies her actions despite being satisfied at home, which is a nice touch. Regardless, she left behind several works with the stepfather, but I really wish she had done works as a younger sister-in-law, a first-timer, or a widow. They would have been great.
There are tons of baby-faced, big-breasted characters out there, so this isn't anything special, but there's a simplicity to her that strangely hits the mark for me.
