If you clicked on "Miou Yuoka and Aphrodisiac," you've made the right choice. The acting is superb, and it's a really well-made piece. I also appreciate the variety in scenes. Definitely a masterpiece.

Her expressions are so cute and erotically beautiful. The way she portrays arousal with those mournful eyes is truly amazing. The trembling, fragmented moans, which seem to stimulate the brain directly from the ears, once again showcase Miou-chan's incredible acting. This isn't just specific to this work, but… whether she's lying on her back or on all fours, her gravity-defying movements, shaking and swaying, visually assault you. Her voluptuous breasts are a treasure of the AV world. I especially recommend Chapter 2. She starts receiving a massage after drinking a drink laced with aphrodisiac and having oil applied all over her body, and gradually becomes aroused… but the oily, glistening, voluptuous breasts are just too erotic. And the way she gets aroused is just wild. Her constantly open mouth, moaning, drooling, and her face turning red with intensity – it's the ultimate treat. I'm treating this as the final installment of a three-part series with Miou Yuoka and her wealthy friends (though that's just my interpretation). The production company probably didn't intend it as a trilogy, but as a picky reviewer, when releases come out consistently over a period of time, I naturally categorize them as such. Because of that, I'm a bit disappointed with "Something About Aphrodisiac." The previous installments had a documentary feel, focusing on AV actress Miou Yuoka. While still documentary-style, they aimed to showcase who Miou Yuoka is as a person. But then, suddenly, we get this AV fantasy about aphrodisiacs, and you start to wonder what the previous documentaries were even for. She was relatively reserved in the previous documentary, but this time, she's given something to make her unable to react, which feels a bit off. Still, Ms. Yuoka is a professional and carries out her assigned work well. To add to my complaints, the making-of footage for this scene is included as a bonus feature in the previous installment, "Non-Stop." She says she poured her heart and soul into 120 minutes, but then filmed two scenes simultaneously… I wish they had put more thought into the location and costumes. I'm not looking at it with a cynical eye, you know? My忖度 filter is high-performance. But when I'm forced to find the answer myself, it loses its appeal. However, if you don't get caught up in those complicated thoughts, you'll find that each chapter is carefully crafted, and there are various attempts to avoid monotony with a similar theme. Ms. Yuoka also does a great job creating the "Yuoka World." If you only look at this one work, it's worth 100 points, but something feels missing. I tried to offer Ms. Yuoka an aphrodisiac-soaked hip pouch, but honestly, I didn't know what the aphrodisiac was, so I could only offer one soaked in soy sauce.
