As others have mentioned, I appreciate the decision to exclude the vomit scenes. As a hardcore sadist, I find it highly significant that they pushed Honami, the quintessential beautiful mature woman, to this extent. If they had put an unattractive person in the same situation, the level of excitement would have been much lower. I think they portrayed the process of the female doctor, played by Honami, awakening to irrumatio very well. That was only possible thanks to Honami's acting skills; the producers should be grateful to her. Also, although she only appeared in the first half, Naomi Wakatsuki provided great support as a side character. I had avoided works featuring the elegant-looking Honami until now, but this made me realize she is the perfect material for a victim role.
