I'm a fan of Eriko Miura and have seen quite a few of her works, but this one belongs at the very bottom. I started fast-forwarding halfway through, but it was still so boring that I just stopped watching. I think it's difficult to pull off these comedy-touch films, but this is a prime example of what happens when a director with no sense tries to make one—it's a total trash film! Other reviewers rated it highly, so maybe it just doesn't suit my taste, but I can't recommend it.

It starts with a serious surgery scene. The story begins with her as a competent doctor who breaks the record for the fastest surgery, and it would have been better if they had maintained that image. Instead, the stockings change to purple or red, and the dialogue with the patient turns into a comedy, which really ruined the serious atmosphere. It was quite disappointing and broke my immersion. The sex scenes were great, but I wish they had respected the 'doctor' character setting more.

Eriko Miura has that innocent, beautiful mature woman vibe, and she looks great in a lab coat. But then she flips that image with her lewdness. Watching her greedily indulge in pleasure across various hospital scenarios is incredibly erotic for those who love mature women, and her hardcore performance actually makes me worry about her body!

If there were a doctor like this, I'd check myself into the hospital in a heartbeat!
