Ryoko Nagase is great, but... there's just no impact. First off, putting her in weird underwear (or a swimsuit?) is a bad choice—she'd be much better off naked. Also, the whole video has a yellowish tint; the white balance is way off.

The ending where she's told to transition from a model to an AV actress feels a bit generic, but if you view it as a mock-documentary drama about Ryoko Nagase, it's actually quite interesting. I don't think it's fair to just call it a 'fake' BABY-style film, so I'll leave the rest to the viewer's judgment.

It's definitely very similar to Baby's content. Her body is fantastic, and it included the 'spread-eagle' bondage and groping of her glistening skin that I love.
