The actor stays silent the whole time, sometimes setting the camera down and other times holding it himself. His face is mosaicked, so there's almost no way to identify him. In short, he's just having his way with an AV actress according to his own tastes without anyone around knowing. The video quality is poor, and I'm getting tired of seeing so many of these low-budget, low-quality productions lately. That said, I think the light irrumatio scene in the second half (where her hands are taped up) was actually shot quite cutely.
